Paying your wastewater treatment bill has never been easier. To satisfty our customers, we offer a number of different ways to pay. Please be advised
that only those organizations and locations listed below are authorized to accept North Shore Water Reclamation District user charge payments and only payments made
via these methods constitute payments made to the North Shore Water Reclamation District. Payments made to an organization not listed are discouraged by the District and are made at the customer's own risk.
District Administration Building - Gurnee Payments can always be made in person at our Administration Building, located at 14770 W. William Koepsel Drive in Gurnee. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A night box is available at the entrance to the office building for payments outside of regular office hours.Credit Card Residents can pay by phone through the Illinois State Treasurer's Office. The Treasurer's Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Payments can be made by calling 888-862-3819. It can also be done online at Illinois ePAY. The state's ePAY program does include a convenience fee for this service. If you experience any issues, please contact ePAY at 855-226-7337.Authorized Payment Agent Currently Old National Bank is the only Authorized Payment Agent. For branch locations and hours, please call Old National Bank at 1-800-731-2265 or visit on-line at www.oldnational.com.Automatic Bill Payment Program You may enroll in the Automatic Bill Payment Program and have your payment deducted from your checking or savings account.
